This model is old and Operating System is not supported by Dell.
There is no need to run Windows 7 64-bit, it also won't run Windows 7 32 bit very well.  
 recommended: up 1 G of RAM to 2G, it will be more well.
the drivers is support for Win7 32-bit.
1. update your BIOS, download here
2.software for dell, download here
3.go to intel download chipset driver.
4.Video driver:  Intel GM915 Driver from HP
5.Audio driver:
SIGMATEL STAC 975X AC97, v.5.10.0.4255, A03 for vista 32-bit, also for win7 32-bit(tested)
Sigmatel Audio Registry File
6.Input driver:Windows 8/7/XP/Vista 64/32-bit Edition v16.3.15.1
7.Wireless driver:
Dell Wireless *
Intel PRO 2200 BG*
Install in compatibility mode for Windows Vista.
8.APP: For Dell Quickset you will need to install it in compatibility mode and use task scheduler.
